1 lb. extra sharp cheese, finely shredded
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. butter
Red pepper to taste
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. minced onion

Have all ingredients at room temperature and mix together well. Press into ring mold and refrigerate. When ready to serve, turn onto serving plate and fill center of ring with smuckers strawberry preserves. Spread on Ritz crackers.
