CHOCOLATE COATED PEANUTS | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 1/2 c. roasted shelled peanuts (skins on) Melt chocolate chips in double boiler over hot water (not boiling). Add peanuts and stir to coat. Turn out on waxed paper. Separate with fork. Allow to cool. Yields 1 pound. |
