BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild pork sausage
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. dry mustard
6 slices white bread, cubed
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt

Brown sausage; drain. Mix crumbled sausage with all ingredients. Spoon into a 12 inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, or until egg is done. Cut into squares to serve.
