POTATO - PEPPERONI CASSEROLE 
4 potatoes
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 jar Rague spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. pepperoni slices
Chunk of butter

Peel and chunk potatoes and onions in skillet with small chunk of butter. Cover and cook on low heat until potatoes are tender. Drain fluid off. Add cheese to top of potatoes. Pour spaghetti sauce over top of this. Top with pepperoni slices. Cover and cook on low until bubbly.
