PEPPERONI SAUCE 
1 stick pepperoni
1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce (Ragu, etc.)
3 tbsp. grated Romano cheese

Slice pepperoni (about 1/8 inch). Pour sauce into a 2 quart saucepan. Add 1/3 jar of water. Add pepperoni. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Add cheese and mix.
