PIZZA DOUGH 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water

Mix flour, sugar, salt and oil in a large mixing bowl. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to mixture. Stir until well mixed. Turn on to well floured surface. Knead until no longer sticky. Add flour as needed. Form dough into a ball and place in an oiled bowl turn once. Cover and let rise until doubled (1 hour). Punch down and form into two pies. Top with favorites and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes two (2) 12 inch pizzas.
