PINEAPPLE BURGERS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
2 canned pineapple slices, well drained
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard

Shape meat into 4 thin patties. Sprinkle with salt. Place pineapple slice on each of 2 patties and press edges together to seal.

Place patties into pan and broil until brown. Mix brown sugar, catsup and mustard. Turn patties; spoon brown sugar mixture on patties and broil until done.

Serves 2.
