APPLE PINEAPPLE SALAD 
6 fresh apples (chopped)
1 lg. can pineapple, drained
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
Juice from 1 lemon
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Use pineapple juice and juice from 1 lemon, 3 tablespoons flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon prepared mustard. Cook until kind of thick. Cool and pour over first mixture. Add a layer of shredded cheese then a layer of coconut and chopped nuts, just enough to cover top. Cover and set in refrigerator overnight.
