3 qts. cream soda
1 lg. can pineapple juice
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 can (12 oz.) cream of coconut
1 1/2 c. light rum (optional)

Chill all ingredients except cream of coconut. Whip cream of coconut with wire whisk then add a little pineapple to coconut, mix. Then add all the rest of the ingredients.
