32 oz. pineapple juice
16 oz. cream of coconut
1 qt. to 1 gallon ice cream
2 liter bottle of ginger ale or 7-Up
Orange slices

Combine pineapple juice and cream of coconut. Add ice cream. Slowly pour 2 liter bottle of ginger ale or 7-Up over the above mixture. Float orange slices on top.
