PINA COLADA PUNCH 
8 oz. can cream of coconut
6 oz. can frozen limeade mix
46 oz. can pineapple juice
33 oz. bottle ginger ale
1 1/2 c. light rum (opt.)

Combine cream of coconut, thawed limeade mix, pineapple juice and rum in a large container and chill. To serve, combine chilled ingredients with chilled ginger ale in a large punch bowl and add ice ring.
