MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 cucumber
2 med. tomatoes
1 c. black olives
1 c. green olives
1 jar lg. mushrooms
1 c. sliced celery
Several radishes
1 onion, sliced (optional)

Break up cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Mix with other ingredients and marinate overnight in Italian dressing. Do not use low-calorie dressing for marinade.
