MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 head broccoli florets
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
5 oz. sliced water chestnuts rinsed and drained
1 red onion sliced in rings
8 oz. Italian Dressing
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved

Combine broccoli, mushrooms, chestnuts, onion and dressing in a large bowl. Cover and marinate several hours. Before serving add tomatoes.
