FRESH VEGETABLE MARINATE 
4 stalks fresh broccoli (w/tops)
8 lg. fresh mushrooms
1 green pepper
3-4 stalks celery
1 head cauliflower
1 red onion
Cherry tomatoes

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. salad oil

Mix vegetables and dressing together and sit overnight.
