CHEESE POTATOES 
12 med. potatoes, cooked in jackets, peeled then cubed
1/2 c. melted butter poured over potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2/3 c. chopped green onion
1 pt. sour cream
3 c. crumbled corn flakes
3 tbsp. butter

Cook potatoes as directed. Add butter, mix together soup, milk, cheese and green onions. Add potatoes, mix well. Fold in sour cream. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan lined with tin foil. Top potatoes with corn flakes and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
