HOT CHICKEN SWISS CHEESE SALAD 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. crushed potato chips or crackers
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients, except chips, in a 2-quart casserole. Microwave 9-11 minutes or until bubbly, stirring twice. Top casserole with chips the last 2 minutes. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
