SAINT HERMAN CAKE 
His Schedule:

First Day: Feed him.
Second Day: Stir.
Third Day: Stir.
Fourth Day: Stir.
Fifth Day: Stir.
Sixth Day: Feed him.
Seventh Day: Stir.
Eighth Day: Stir.
Ninth Day: Stir.
Tenth Day: Stir.

He is now ready to use.

Herman must be kept in refrigerator at all times in large mixing bowl. He will rise overnight so keep him covered. Do not put him in plastic bowl or he will blow his top.

USE TWO CUPS IN CAKE. GIVE ONE CUP TO A FRIEND OR ENEMY. KEEP ONE CUP FOR YOURSELF FOR YOUR NEXT HERMAN.

How To Make Your Herman Cake:

2 eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, chopped

Pour into 13 x 9-inch (or larger) baking pan that has been greased and floured. Add topping before baking.

His Feeding:

2 c all-purpose flour
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour

Pour over batter in pan and bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately turn upside down on foil or tray. GOOD LUCK.
