PEEK-A-BOO-CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 cans pie filling, any flavor
2 sticks butter

Cream butter and sugar; add the eggs, one at a time. Add flour and vanilla. Spread 3/4 of batter in an 11 x 14 inch pan, which has been greased. Put pie filling over batter. Drop the rest of the batter by spoonfuls over the top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Glaze while warm.
