CREAMED CORN CASSEROLE 
16 oz. can creamed style corn
16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
8 oz. box Jiffy corn bread mix
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 small can French onions (Durkees), optional

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9 x 12-inch casserole baking dish. Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking dish. Top with onions (optional).

Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes, or until knife comes out clean, but still has a custard consistency.
