NEXT RECIPE:  NANA'S DILL DIP

MARSHMALLOW CREME FRUIT DIP
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 jar (about 7 or 8 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

Combine ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

Use as a dip for fresh fruits.

Variations: The dip may be colored a light pastel by dipping a toothpick in food coloring and stirring it in (or just 1 drop if using liquid food coloring). Pink goes well with strawberries; lime green or peach colors also work well. Flavorings such as citrus peels and oils may also be added; orange flavor makes an excellent dip for chocolate covered fruit.

Makes about 5 cups.

To make it healthy. I substituted yogurt cream cheese that I made from plain yogurt for the cream cheese. I substituted plain Greek yogurt for sour cream. Then used low fat sweetened condensed milk and add 1 tbsp. amaretti It turned out really well, no one was the wiser and everyone bragged on the dip.

This is SO good! I added a little bit of vanilla, but it probably would have been just as good without it.

Great flavor, but very thin and runny. I added a 3.9 oz packet of vanilla pudding and it made it perfect.

Excellent fruit dip recipe. I left the sour cream out of mine and it was nice and sweet with strawberry and apple wedges.

Awesome recipe. I left the milk out and instead if cherry juice (because I didn't have any), added some cherry flavored grenadine syrup. Sooo yummy.

This was so easy & delicious. Will certainly use again. I may use the "reduced fat & sugar" products due a diabetic husband.

I make it without the sour cream and milk. Add the zest of and orange and tblsp juice and it's yummy.
