EASY BEEF STEW 
1 can low-sodium tomato soup
1 soup can of water
1/2 lb. cubed beef
1 potato, diced
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion, diced
1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash (or other seasoning)

Cook on top of stove or in 350 degree oven for about two hours. It can be fixed in 30 minutes if you use leftover beef and canned vegetables. Serves 4.

This is also good to use up leftover vegetables. Toss in corn, peas, green beans, garbanzo beans.

Serve with green salad and French bread.
