ITALIAN BEEF STEW 
1/2 lb. or more of Italian sweet sausage, sliced
2 lbs. beef cubes
6 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 med. onion, chopped
2-3 stalks celery
1 can beef broth
1 can water
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 med. carrots
4 med. potatoes

Brown sausage and place in casserole. Dredge beef cubes in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown and place in casserole. Brown one onion and celery, add broth, water, chili sauce and Italian seasoning. Add to casserole with remaining ingredients. Bake 2 hours and 20 minutes at 300 degrees, covered, then for 20 minutes uncovered at 425 degrees.
