ECLAIR PIE 
1 box graham crackers
2 pkg. French vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 tbsp. butter
2 bars Nestle baking bars
2 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan with butter. Line bottom of pan with whole graham crackers.

Filling: Mix pudding with 3 cups of milk. Add Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 of filling on crackers in pan. Add another layer of crackers. Pour the rest of filling on 2nd layer of crackers, then add 1 more layer of crackers.

Frosting: Mix 2 tablespoons of soft butter, melted bars and Karo syrup. Stir until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Spread frosting over graham cracker layer and chill overnight.
