CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PIE 
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 lb. box graham crackers
Ready to spread chocolate frosting

Mix pudding with milk and beat for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Spray 13x9 inch pan. Line pan with graham crackers. Spread half of pudding mixture on crackers. Cover pudding with crackers. Spread remaining pudding on crackers. Cover with crackers. Spread frosting on top layer of crackers. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
