1 c. brown sugar
3 c. white sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to a boil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cocoa and milk; cook to a soft ball, then add nuts and butter; stir until its not glossy. Turn it into a 9 x 13 inch greased cookie or cake dish. Cut when cooled.
