GRAM STEVE'S FUDGE 
2 c. white sugar
6 lg. tbsp. cocoa
1 sm. can evaporated milk (1 c.)
2 lg. tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
Pinch salt

Blend cocoa, sugar and salt. Stir in milk and cook and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add butter and boil to soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla and beat until creamy. Stir in nuts. Turn into buttered pan and let set until firm. Cut into squares. Makes 1 1/4 pounds.
