BARBECUED BEEF 
6 lb. lean shank beef
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 onions, finely chopped
1 tsp. paprika
2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) bottle ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Hamburger buns

Place meat in baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients except buns and pour over meat. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Break beef with 2 forks and serve on buns. Yield: 20 servings.
