LEMONADE PIE 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can lemonade concentrate, undiluted
1 (9 oz.) pkg. whipped topping
Juice of 1 lemon
Lemon rind, finely grated, if desired
2 (8") baked pie shells

Mix together the condensed milk and the undiluted lemonade concentrate. Slowly stir in the whipped topping, then the juice of the lemon and the rind (optional). Blend well. Spoon into the 2 baked and cooled pie shells. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Makes 2 pies.
