BEA'S 24 HOUR CABBAGE SLAW 
1 med. cabbage head
1 sm. onion
1 bell pepper
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Mix cabbage, onion, bell pepper and sugar and set aside. heat the vinegar, oil, salt, celery seed and prepared mustard. While mixture is still hot, pour over the cabbage mixture. Cool, put in jars with a lid and let stand 24 hours.
