PAT'S CABBAGE SLAW 
6 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine cabbage, carrot, and green pepper; chill. Blend together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, celery seed and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Lightly toss vegetables with mayonnaise mixture. Makes 12 servings.
