TWO CABBAGE SLAW 
1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper

Shred cabbage. Place remaining ingredients in a jar and shake. Pour over cabbage. Toss to mix well. Cover bowl and let stand several hours so flavors will blend. Serves 6.
