TURNIP-CARROT-CABBAGE SLAW 
1 c. shredded white turnip
1 c. shredded carrots
2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Toss vegetables together gently with a mixture of salt, pepper and mayonnaise until are evenly coated. Chill, covered, in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serves 6.
