CHINESE CHICKEN CABBAGE 
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 head cabbage, shredded fine
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, chicken flavor
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. oil
3 tbsp. sugar
Salt
Pepper

Combine first 4 ingredients. In a pint jar, combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and flavor packet from noodles. Just before serving, crush noodles and add to cabbage mixture. Pour dressing and toss to mix. Serves 6 to 8.
