CHICKEN WITH PEANUTS, CABBAGE,
RED PEPPERS
 
1 whole chicken breast, skinned, boned & cut into 1-inch pieces

MARINADE:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. rice wine or sherry
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Marinate chicken chunks for 15 to 20 minutes. 3 to 4 dried red peppers (remove tops & seeds), sliced 1/4 head cabbage, cut in 1-inch squares 3 tbsp. green onion (white part only), chopped 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped or grated 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped or pressed

SEASONINGS:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. rice wine or sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tsp. sesame oil
