CURRIED FRUIT 
1 (#2 1/2) can peeled apricots
1 (#2 1/2) can blue plums
1 (#2 1/2) can peach halves
1 (#2 1/2) can pear halves
1 (#2) can sliced pineapple
1 (#2 1/2) can fruits for salad
2-3 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 lb. dark brown sugar
1 c. melted butter

Drain fruit THOROUGHLY. Place in large baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients - pour over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm - good with poultry and pork - can be halved. Serves 18 to 20.
