FRUIT SALAD WITH BANANA CREAM 
3/4 lb. plums
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 navel oranges
2 kiwis
2 ripe pears
1 1/4 c. seedless green grapes
1 1/4 c. seedless red grapes
1 pt. strawberries, hulled
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp. honey
1 c. heavy cream

Cut plums into small wedges, spread them over bottom of deep 2 quart bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar. Repeating process, add all remaining fruit, peeling oranges - catching the juice on a plate - peel kiwis and pears, halving grapes and cutting strawberries lengthwise or quartered. Sprinkle remaining evenly on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To make banana cream, cut banana into chunks and place in a food processor with honey. Puree until smooth. Pour in cream while machine is running and process 1 minute. Serve cream on top or alongside.
