MEXICAN PINWHEELS | |
1 pkg. large flour tortillas 2 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 lb. sliced turkey lunch meat (thin) or 1/2 lb. thin roast beef 1/2 lb. thin sliced ham lunch meat 1 small can sliced olives, diced 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, diced or 1 small can jalapeno peppers 1 tbsp. lemon juice Dash of garlic salt Mix together cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic salt, olives and jalapeno peppers. Place a large spoonful on top of each tortilla and spread it out. Layer meats on top of mixture*. Roll and wrap in plastic bag or wrap and refrigerate overnight. Cut and serve. *You can cut up the roast beef, ham, and turkey and add it to the cream cheese mixture. You can also use green peppers if you don't care for jalapeno peppers. |
