2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 c. each diced celery, bell peppers, onions 4 sm. cloves garlic, mashed 4 c. crushed tomatoes 12 oz. cooked shrimp 2 c. cooked rice 4 oz. boiled ham, diced 2 bay leaves 1/2 tsp. each chili powder, pepper, ground thyme In oil, saute vegetables and garlic until soft. Add all other ingredients and simmer. Remove bay leaves before serving. |
