EASY JAMBALAYA 
2 lb. sausage
1 med. onion, finely chopped
4 c. water
Worcestershire sauce and 57 steak sauce
Tabasco hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. uncooked rice

Chop sausage and brown; add onions, Worcestershire sauce and 57 sauce, salt and pepper, stirring constantly. Put your 4 cups water and 2 cups rice. Cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes.
