EASY SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
1 1/2 c. raw rice
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 ribs celery, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tsp. creole seasoning (Zatarin or Tony's)
1 can beef broth

Mix above ingredients. Cut 3/4 stick of butter and place on top of mixture. Cook in rice cooker. Toss and fluffy before eating.
