5 servings of instant mashed potatoes
1 egg
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. cooked fish or seafood
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into patties. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Top with orange American cheese and tartar sauce.
