1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a good boil. Boil rapidly 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from stove and add 1 cup chocolate chips, vanilla and a little salt. Stir to melt chocolate chips and spread.
