BUTTERMILK COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Heat oven to 350 degrees. 9x12 greased pan.

Blend flour, sugars, oil, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in large bowl. Transfer 3/4 cup of mixture into medium bowl and add walnuts and 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon.

Combine buttermilk, egg, baking soda and powder in small bowl then blend into flour mixture in large bowl. Mix well then spread into pan. Sprinkle nut mix over and press into batter with spoon.
