HUNTERS STEW 
1/2 lb. stew meat
1/2 lb. pork
1 lg. onion
2 or 3 Polish sausage
1 jar sauerkraut
1/4 c. Rine wine
Mushrooms

Brown stew meat and pork with flour and onions. Then add Polish sausage, sauerkraut, wine and mushrooms. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours. cook potatoes on the side (mash or chunks). Then pour stew over potatoes.
