HUNTER'S STEW 
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 can V-8 juice (48 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. (about) elbow macaroni, uncooked

Cook hamburger until no longer pink; drain off fat. Break into small pieces. Add onion and cook until soft. Add V-8 juice and the 2 cans of soup. Cook until boiling. Add vegetables and macaroni. Cook until macaroni is tender.
