AFRICAN HUNTER STEW
Chop a butcher dressed elephant into bite size pieces. Use vegetables to match (potatoes, leeks and carrots are real good with this dish). This meat is strong so season appropriately. Brown the meat in onions and stock. Simmer slowly for several hours, combining meat and greens until tender. Do not add flour. Just reduce juices by simmering to desired thickness. If your tribe gobbles this up, and you worry about running out of this in mid-meal, just remove it to the kitchen and add 1 dozen rabbits. The meat mate well, but do not tell your guests, because some people object to hare in their stew.
