WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 1/2 c. wild rice
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 to 5 stalks celery, chopped
3 cans chicken broth
Salt

Cook wild rice 20 minutes. Drain and rinse. Brown ground pork, celery and onions. Put all of the ingredients in casserole. Add chicken broth and salt to taste. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours uncovered at 350 degrees. Stir often.
