PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drain and save juice
3/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. sharp shredded cheese
1 c. round buttery crackers, crushed

Drain pineapple juice. Mix sugar, flour and 6 tablespoons pineapple juice. Add pineapple, butter and cheese. Mix well. Put in a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown on top. Yield: 8 servings.
