| ROUND STEAK IN CROCK POT | |

2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/4 c. water 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3-4 med. potatoes 4-5 carrots Cut steak into pieces. Peel potatoes and carrots. Cut them in half. Place the above in crock pot. Add dry onion soup mix, water and mushroom soup. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. | |

Made this for dinner -- prepared with frozen, thin-cut round steaks - used four serving size pieces; added the vegetables; pre-mixed the soups and water. Cooked around 6.5 hours and it came out with the meat and vegetables tender. A really tasty quick dish - serve with some hot rolls - YUM!
