PINK CLOUD 
3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans
12 oz. carton cottage cheese
1 lg. size carton frozen whipped topping

Heat pineapple juice and add gelatin to dissolve. Cool. Add nuts, whipped topping, cottage cheese and fruit. Chill until congealed.
